Pilates Instructor

Larissa Koffskey started her dance training at age 6 at the School of Carolina Ballet Theatre. In 2007 Koffskey was given an invitation to join the Company full-time as a professional dancer and has just completed her third season with CBT. Koffskey has received additional training throughout her career as a dancer during several summer intensive programs at American Ballet Theatre, The Rock School, North Carolina School of the Arts, and the Art of Classical Ballet. Her repertoire includes soloist or leading roles such as Clara and the Snow Queen in The Nutcracker; Cinderella in Cinderella; Peasant pas de deux in Giselle; Effie in La Sylphide; Pas de trois in Swan Lake; Kitri in Don Quixote; and Raymonda. She has also performed Pulling the Strings, a ballet created for her by Hernan Justo. Finally, Koffskey has had the opportunity to work with CBT’s many nationally and internationally acclaimed guest artists and choreographers, including Mark Diamond, Claudio Longo Martin Miranda and Alonzo King. Koffskey has also been asked to appear as a guest artist with the Olney Ballet Theatre in Olney, Maryland and Laurens Ballet Company and Foothills dance Conservatory in their productions of The Nutcracker. Lara is a certified Pilates instructor.
